General Meeting Presentation
Annual Benefit Event Auction Fundraiser
On Monday December 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.,
the Cincinnati PC Users Group will proudly hold its 12th Annual Benefit
Event. This event helps us raise money to defray the costs associated with
running the users group. Members and non-members are welcome.
Registration will begin by 6:30 p.m. All
attendees must register at the door in order to obtain a bidder number.
Current driver’s license or state ID card is required to register.
Viewing of items available will begin at
6:30 p.m. Items available will probably include software, hardware, books,
and certificates as well as some non-computer items. Lists of items
available will be posted indicating the product name, contributing vendor,
and system requirements as well as approximate retail price as acquired from
online sources.
The Auction Fundraiser will begin at
approximately 7:00 p.m. after some information and announcements.
Bid early and bid often! You know you want
it, don’t let that other person outbid you! Going once, going
twice.....Gone!
Accepted donations/bids on all items MUST be paid by the
conclusion of the event. Cash will be happily accepted. If you are a current
member, we will also accept personal checks. Sorry, no credit cards! |
