Build Your Own Computer Event cosponsored by the Cincinnati PC Users Group and Intel Why would someone go to the effort of building his or her own computer today? One good reason is the satisfaction of saying that they built it themselves. Yet another person would reply, to learn more about what is actually inside that “box”. While still another individual would say, to save a little money. The true answer is all of those and more. Taking advantage of the fact that you can build something that is better and faster that the off of the shelf units because of the selection of specific components and the way they are brought together to make up the total package can and does make a difference. Where is this hands on and information session happening? At the upcoming Cincinnati PC Users Group meeting at The Cincinnati State College Evendale Branch at 10100 Reading Road cosponsored this month by Intel. Attendees can either build their next computer or they can participate in the instructional part of the event and do it on their own. The computers will be built in a step-by-step process after seeing each step completed on screen and having an on running commentary about the parts, processes and more.
