INTEL Pentium 4 Processor With Hyperthreading Technology

Karl Munson, CPCUG Program Director will present the latest computer processor technology from Intel.

The Hyperthreading technology in the current Pentium 4 gives the power to do more at the same time without sacrificing performance. The presentation will cover what the new Intel processor technology is, and how PC users can benefit from increased performance in both stand-alone programs and while multitasking several applications at the same time.

When purchasing a new PC it is important to be prepared for tomorrows technology. Computer users are constantly asking more from their PC - digital music, digital still photography, digital video, and especially advanced realistic games. We will discuss how Pentium 4 with Hyperthreading will help.
